Elkridge, MD – NewWave has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Des Moines Register. We are excited that our Iowa office joins our Baltimore headquarters in being recognized as a Top Workplace. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of our workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection.

All 2017 rankings on the website are broken into three categories by size of business. Approximately 300 businesses participated in the 2017 program, of which 150 were ranked on the top workplaces list.
